Career perspectives

Almost two thirds of veterinary assistants surveyed claim to have career perspectives. This shows that veterinary assistants are motivated professional people. This is doubtless linked to the fact that they are on the whole young and find fulfilment in their profession.

This should be taken into account by employers. This factor of career perspectives is closely linked to staff motivation. The tools for career development are professional training, empowerment, diversity of tasks and salary.
