Placement of trainees and their colleges

A large majority of people in charge of clinics say they accept trainees on placements. A work placement is an excellent way of assessing someone's ability with a view to future employment.

Do you use trainees?

A third of trainees come from vocational colleges (ESP), another third from sixth form colleges (ESE), with less from colleges of further education (ESU). A few trainees are independent candidates. A large number did not answer this question.
